Cabbage slaw with harissa yogurt dressing
Shopping List
1 small or medium red cabbage
Black or white sesame seeds
1 cup of Greek yogurt
2 scallions
Feta cheese
Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Lemon juice
Parsley (optional)
Recipe
Thinly slice the red cabbage and scallions. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, harissa sauce, lemon juice, and olive oil. Add additional harissa to get to your desired dressing color and heat level. Mix in the cabbage, scallions, and crumbled feta. Serve with parsley and sesame garnish.
