Harissa Roasted Vegetable Flatbread
- 1 lb of dough (homemade or store bought)
- 1 large onion
- Artichoke hearts
- Roasted peppers
- Castelvetrano olives
- Harissa hot sauce & marinade
- Cheese (optional)
Preheat the oven to 500 degrees F. Roll out the dough onto parchment paper and place on a baking sheet. Shape the dough however you prefer- we chose oval. Spread the harissa hot sauce and marinade onto the dough. If you’re going to use cheese, sprinkle it on the dough before placing the roasted vegetables. Layer on the vegetables and bake for about 20 minutes or until the crust is evenly golden and crisp. You can add more dollops of harissa for a pop of color.
Cut the vegetables to your desired thickness. In a large mixing bowl, evenly coat the vegetables with oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for about 20 minutes in 400 degrees F.
